Ronnie Reed, Founder and President, has more than 40  years in the racehorse industry. He was a jockey for many years. - tracks, races?

After retiring, he trained both Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds and was a jockey agent for some of the top riders in the southwest. Ronnie has worked in many other aspects of the race horse industry including assistant starter, security, owner and owner agent. Currently he is part owner of a successful training center as well as the owner and breeder of both Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds. He has also owned and operated many successful retail businesses.

Corrina Casler, Vice President, has worked in different aspects of the racehorse industry including groom, vet assistant and horse sales. She has worked alongside her mom Jackie Riddle who is training in the Southwest. She is married to Shane and has a daughter Bailie.
